Ground is operated by Ground AI, Inc. (“Ground,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites (such as trygroundai.com), use our dashboard, APIs, SDKs, or related services (collectively, the “Services”).

• Content you connect to Ground — source code, documentation, package metadata, PDFs, URLs, repository identifiers, and similar materials you choose to index or search. This may include data that originated from third parties (for example, a company repository you connect).
• Usage and technical data — such as API requests, IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, diagnostic logs, performance metrics, feature usage, and error reports.
• Communications — messages you send to support or that we send to you about the Services.
• Cookies and similar technologies — as described in your browser or cookie banner where applicable (for example, session cookies for authentication, analytics where consented).

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
